3. Ordering and Payment

• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, delivered within 15-25 business days after shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes. Delivery times may vary based on destination.

4.3 Delivery Issues

Report undelivered or damaged packages within 7 days of estimated delivery date to [email protected].

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in new, unused condition with original tags attached. Exceptions include:

• Beanies & Headwear (hygiene reasons)
• Gloves & Neck Warmers
• Swimwear (unless tags attached and hygienic liner intact)
• Final Sale items

5.2 Return Process

5.3 Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.

Exchanges are subject to availability. We cover return shipping for defective/wrong items. For size exchanges, include your preferred size in the return package.
