1. SHIPPING INFORMATION

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods to get your Volcom gear to you:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after shipping

International Customers Note: We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions). International orders may be subject to customs fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.

2. OUR RETURN POLICY

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in new, unused condition with original tags attached. Some exceptions apply (see section 5).

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Email your request to [email protected] with subject “Return/Exchange Request” including:
    • Your order number
    • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
    • Reason for return
    • Whether you want a refund or exchange
  2. Wait for approval – Our team will respond within 48 hours with return instructions
  3. Package your items securely in the original packaging if possible

3. REFUNDS

Timing & Methods

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timing:
    • Credit cards: 5-10 business days after processing
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. EXCHANGES

Prefer an exchange? Here’s what you need to know:

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • We’ll cover return shipping for defective/wrong items
  • For size exchanges, include a note with your preferred size
  • Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed

5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Beanies & Headwear: Due to direct contact with hair/skin
  • Gloves & Neck Warmers: For hygiene reasons
  • Swimwear (Boardshorts & Rash Vests): Unless tags are attached and hygienic liner is intact
  • Final Sale Items: Clearly marked as non-returnable

6. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For customers outside the US:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
  • Allow extra time for international shipping processing
